Size swaps: at many centres, if the wind changes during the day, you can come back to the beach and swap to a different kite size. Ask about the terms when you send your request.

Gear insurance
Some centres offer partial or full cover for accidental damage on the beach, reducing or removing the excess. Ask for it before you go out.

Pumps, shade, racks, showers, changing rooms and parking vary from centre to centre: ask what is included in the rental.

The prices we calculate come from the 2026 price lists published by the schools. The final price is always confirmed by the school when you book.

THE STAGNONE THERMAL WIND
In the warm months the heating of the lagoon can create a local thermal wind, and at the Stagnone the real wind is often a few knots stronger than weather models show. Before going out, always check the live readings and confirm with the school.
